Medley Cup 2020, Söra simhall, Åkersberga

Tävlingen inleds med försök där det simmas 50 meter av alla fyra simsätten. Det står simmarna fritt att delta i de grenar/simsätt som han eller hon önskar. De tre sammanlagt bästa resultaten, FINA-poäng, för respektive simmare räknas. De sex med högst poäng i respektive klass går till final som avgörs över 100 meter individuell medley.
