Insimning            1 timme före respektive pass start.

Kvalning               Ingen. Alla simmare äger rätt att delta utan begränsning.

Åldersklasser      Observera att det är nya åldersgrupper från 2009.
                                13 år -97, 12 år -98, 11 år -99 samt 10 år o yngre -00 o yngre.
