En snabb, fartfylld och spännande tävling med kvalheat, finaler samt roliga lagkapper…

Inledningsvis samlar simmarna individuella Fina-poäng i de olika grenarna. Till finalerna räknar simmarna sina tre bästa grenar och de sex bästa simmarna i varje åldersklass gör upp i en final som avgörs i 100 resp 200 m medley.

Tävlingen avslutas med mixade lagkapper.
